We collect your redundant IT equipment, destroy the data held on it, and refurbish or recycle the hardware. You get certified proof of both.
Erased to NCSC guidance or destroyed, certified either way.
ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001, and a licensed waste carrier.
Excellence in Sustainability, Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Resaleable kit can earn a rebate, not just recycling.
What happens
Booked around you, from one site or several. Free where there is enough reusable equipment in the load to cover the cost of the job.
Waste Transfer NoteDrives are erased to current NCSC guidance. Anything that cannot be erased is physically destroyed at our own site rather than sent elsewhere.
Certificate of Data DestructionWorking equipment is tested and given a second life. What cannot be reused is recycled.
Itemised asset listEverything your auditor will ask for, in one place, without having to chase us for it.
Certificate of Carbon ReductionThe question everyone asks
Possibly. It depends entirely on what you have and what condition it is in. Where equipment still holds genuine resale value, we can look at a rebate rather than simply recycling it, but that is a different service to a standard collection, so it is a conversation rather than a box you tick.
Tell us what you are disposing of and we will give you an honest answer either way.
None of these are rules. They are just what tends to matter.
